  1. In a pan, fry the magdal and rice one by one till they turn light brown. Then roughly grind them in a mixer jar until cool. Now add millet and sorghum flour to this mixture and mix well..
  2. Then add water to a pan, add the flour mixture. Stir constantly so that there are no lumps in it. Once the mixture thickens, add spices and stir well. (Here you can also add finely chopped garlic, onion, ginger-chili).
